Description:To amend alcohol and substance abuse treatment bed count and classification.


Amend subdivision (c)(2) of Section 100.127, 7 NYCRR, as follows:

(a) There shall be in the department an institution to be known as the Livingston Correctional Facility located in the Town of Groveland, Livingston County, New York.
(b) Livingston Correctional Facility shall be a correctional facility for males 16 years of age or older.
(c) Livingston Correctional Facility shall be classified as a medium security correctional facility, to be used for the following functions:
(1) general confinement facility; and
(2) [750]120-bed alcohol and substance abuse treatment [correctional annex]unit.
